Not financial advice
Birr Journal is a trade-logging and analytics tool. Nothing in the app — including the risk engine, the pre-trade signal, AI trade analysis, or prop-firm challenge tracking — is financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Prop-firm rule data
Built-in prop-firm rule templates are provided as a starting point for your own account setup, sourced from each firm's publicly available terms at the time they were added. Firms change their rules; a template may not reflect your specific plan or the firm's current terms. Always verify your challenge's actual rules against your firm's own dashboard or terms page before relying on this app's tracking to judge a pass or fail.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to use the brokers, exchanges, or prop firms you connect, and you're responsible for complying with their own terms of service.
Broker and exchange connections
When you connect a broker or exchange, you authorize Birr Journal to read your trade history for the purpose of populating your journal. We request read-only access wherever supported and never place trades or move funds on your behalf.
Free access during early access
Birr Journal is free during early access, with no credit card required. If pricing is introduced in the future, anyone using the app during early access keeps free access, per the terms in place at that time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another user's data, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Service availability
Birr Journal is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features described on this site may change as the product evolves.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
